Fees & Rates for Services.

  • Initial Consultation.

    There is no charge for an initial consultation about your project (up to 15 minutes). Consultations can be via phone, Zoom, or GoogleMeets between the hours of 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Sunday at a time mutually acceptable to the consultant and the client. To set up a time, use the form on the “Contact Us” page.

  • Consultation.

    Consultation after the initial consultation (free) will be $40/hour billed in 15 minute increments. Consultations can be via phone, Zoom, or GoogleMeets between the hours of 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Sunday at a time mutually acceptable to the consultant and the client.

  • Cover Letters.

    Cover letters for medical school, residency and fellowship applications will be billed at $40/hour (15 minute increments). Feedback will be provided in PDF format for the client to use in revision. If the client also wants the revisions made in Word (or Google docs), that will be billed at the same hourly amount.

  • Personal Statement.

    Consultation and editing of the personal statement (medical school, residency, or fellowship) will be billed as follows:

    Initial consultation (15 minutes) and up to four reviews/editing of PS: $100

    If you decide to bundle services, any paid fees will be applied.

    Note: No new resident clients after July 13, 2026 for the Match 2027 season. For those applying to SOAP 2027 only or for Match 2028, new clients will be accepted after October 1, 2026.

  • Fellowship Application Review

    Once the application portal opens, if you want us to proof your application, print the PDF out of application portal and email it), we'll do it by the hour ($40/hour). Guessing about 30 minutes for a typical application (so $20 for the application). The amount of time depends on the length of the application and how smooth it is. Payment will be due upon completion of the work. If you decide to bundle services, any amount paid for editing the application will be applied to the bundling.

    Note: No new fellowship clients between July 15 - September 30 due it being peak residency application season.

  • Residency Application Review & Editing.

    Once ERAS/Residency CAS, SF) opens, if you want us to proof other materials (e.g., Application--print the PDF out of application portal and email it), we'll do it by the hour ($40/hour). Guessing about 30 minutes for a typical application (so $20 for the application). The amount of time depends on the length of the application and how smooth it is. Payment will be due upon completion of the work. If you decide to bundle services, any amount paid for editing the application will be applied to the bundling.

  • Residency Application Bundle 1.

    Bundle 1 will be $150 and includes:

    Four reviews of your personal statement (a total of 4 reviews personal statements if you’re applying to multiple specialties);

    •Application (ERAS/Residency CAS/SF Match) editing/reviewing of once you’ve entered it into application portal (up to 2 reviews);

    •Regular emails with tips, suggestions & reminders throughout the Application/Match/SOAP season;

    •Access to a plethora of materials via a shared Google drive;

    •Zoom sessions on various components of the Application/Match/SOAP process; and

    •Support during SOAP week if needed.

    This bundle does not include review of letters of recommendation (LORs) or letters of interest (LOIs).

    Note: For Match 2027, no new resident clients after July 10, 2026 for the Match 2027 season. For those applying to SOAP 2027 only or for Match 2028, new clients will be accepted after October 1, 2026.

  • Residency Application Bundle 2.

    Bundle 2 ($250) expands on Bundle 1 and provides additional services particularly for individuals who may be applying to multiple specialties or may need need more comprehensive support and includes:

    •Up to 8 (eight) personal statement reviews;

    •Application (ERAS/Residency CAS/SF Match) reviewing/editing once entered into application portal (up to 3 reviews);

    •Edits/reviews of letters of interest, letters of intent, and LORs (a total of 4);

    •Regular emails with tips, suggestions and reminders throughout the Application/Match/SOAP season;

    •Access to a plethora of materials via a shared Google drive;

    •Zoom sessions on various components of the Application/Match/SOAP process; and

    •Support during SOAP week if you do not match.

    Note: For Match 2027, no new resident clients after July 10, 2026 for the Match 2027 season. For those applying to SOAP 2027 only or for Match 2028, new clients will be accepted after October 1, 2026.

  • Residency Application Bundle 3.

    Bundle 3 ($300) is designed for resident candidates who may need more support due to language challenges (particularly in the areas of grammar, mechanics, and sentence structure) and unfamiliarity with U.S. Graduate Medical Education, individuals who may be applying to multiple specialties, or may need need more comprehensive support and includes:

    •Up to 10 (ten) personal statement reviews;

    •Application (ERAS/Residency CAS/SF Match) editing/reviewing once entered into ERAS (up to 4 reviews);

    •Regular emails with tips, suggestions and reminders throughout the ERAS/Match/SOAP season;

    •Edits/reviews of letters of interest, a letter of intent, and LORs (a total of 6);

    •Access to a plethora of materials via a shared Google drive;

    •Zoom sessions on various components of the Application/Match/SOAP process;

    •Support during SOAP week if you do not match in the regular match.

  • Residency Application Bundle 4.

    •Zoom workshops on various components of the Application/Match/SOAP process;

    •Support during SOAP week if you do not match in the regular match.

  • Research Residency Programs.

    We have researched FM, IM, and Pathology programs and are currently working on Neurology programs.

    Researched data points include: geographic region, city, state, program name, program #, Match status, # of PGY1 positions, PD name, PD email, PC name, PC email, type (rural, suburban, urban), population of city, Step 1 minimum, Step 2 minimum, Comlex 1 minimum, Comlex 2 minimum, # of applicants previous seasons, %MDs in program, %DOs in program, % of IMGs in program, % of non-US IMGs, YOG, Visa (J1, H1b, F1), # of interviews last season, ratio of interviews offered to available residency positions, board passage rate, # of hospitals/clinics, PGY1 salary, relocation allowance, health/dental insurance, free parking, on-call meals provided, board study materials, on-site childcare, research focus, SOAP participation (2020-2025) and percentage of residents from that state. For some specialties additional fields are included.

    FM Program Research: We have researched the 800+ FM residency programs.

    IM Program Research: We have researched the 750+ IM residency programs.

    Pathology Program Research: We have researched the 140+ pathology residency programs.

    Neurology Program Research: We are currently researching the 185+ neurology residency programs. Anticipated completion - March 2026.

    Newly accredited programs are added annually and key data points are also updated.

  • SOAP Support.

    SOAP support includes access to a presentation over the key points of SOAP along with review of your personal statement (or personal statements if you are applying to multiple specialties), an organizational session on Monday of Match week in the morning, and access to consultation throughout SOAP (8 am - 8 pm Central). Cost: $50. Payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or credit card.

    Note: For SOAP 2026 clients will be accepted from October 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026.

    Billing Information.

    Hours/time/pages reviewed (charges) will be kept on an individual GoogleSheet accessible to the client and the consultants.

    Payment can be made via Venmo, Zelle (preferred) or PayPal to consultant’s account as services are rendered.

    Additionally, we can invoice clients with payment via credit card (a small credit credit fee is applied).
